Fast Title Searches

There are times you may want a title search conducted before entering into a contract or bidding at auction, or completely unrelated to a closing of any type. In those cases, Kendrick Law is willing to conduct a title search for you to give you piece of mind.

The fee for a normal title search must be paid in advance and is $460, which includes the title search and a title memorandum summarizing any issues found during the title search. If the title search is more time consuming than normal, or the results are needed in less than 7 days, additional fees will apply.
